the delivered breakfast bag was a nice touch. i appreciated the well equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee capsule machine. i found the pool area had plenty of sunbeds for relaxation.
The wifi was intermittent at times. It would occasionally cut in and out.

convenient location furnished apartment attentive staff
I have been returning for 5 years because i appreciate continued improvements to staff, facilities, and service. its location is convenient, near attractions like cita and yumbo. i enjoyed a fully furnished apartment with a nice balcony and a complete kitchen. The staff made my holiday perfect!!!

attentive staff luggage assistance welcome wine rainfall shower
The staff were attentive offering assistance with luggage and providing information about local attractions. My room included a nespresso machine and a selection of coffee pods. The bathroom had two separate sinks alongside a rainfall shower. A bottle of cava and a bottle of wine welcomed me upon arrival. This gesture was much appreciated.
i noticed some minor wear and tear on the furniture in the room, but it did not significantly affect my stay.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, i was happy. i appreciated that they were happy to look after my luggage prior to an evening flight. a complimentary bottle of wine was left when i arrived.
The apartment wasn't so clean. i had to clean in the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. the water in the pool was not clear. I could not see the bottom.

outdated decoration repetitive breakfast
the room wasnt what i expected, its decoration seemed a little outdated, it seemed like they had forgotten some details. the bathroom was small, and it really was an inconvenience. also, the breakfast they provided was basic and repetitive, i was bored with it before my stay ended. i had higher hopes for more options or just some changes each day, but it was always the same thing.

totally amazing place!
super clean clean breakfast bag friendly staff amazing location
the apartments, it have a super clean clean look with very nice extras like a breakfast bag and tea in your room! the staff is amazing. rodrigo and alejandro welcome you and are super friendly. i feel like home at the apartment. the location is also great. its spotlessly clean!
the only small thing is that sometimes the wifi connection isn't very reliable, but who needs the internet when you are having so much fun!
